Growing tips: On 18/10/2016, Martin Nicholls said:
Alseuosmia pusilla is like all the Alseuosmias in the sense that it requires moist, humus-rich acid soils that is, nonetheless, perfectly drained. Of all the Alseuosmias it hates summer heat and needs full shade, doing best at higher altitudes. If you can get it to fruit expect a visit from bellbird. People near Zealandia (in Wellington) might even get visits from hihi which might come to feed on its abundant, luscious fruit. Indeed, Wellington's climate would suit it well.
