Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.

Lyalls Giant Carrot (Herb)
Finely divided deep green leaves, white flowers borne in the summer.Prefers sunny site where it gets strong wind movement. It should be planted in a deep, permanently moist, peaty soil.
