Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.
Chionochloa bromoides
Height: 0.5m;  Spread: 0.75m
Coastal tussock (Grass)
Northern coastal tussock with lax flower spikes. Normally hangs on cliffs in full sun or under shade of Pohutukawa.
