Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.
Coprosma macrocarpa subsp. macrocarpa
Height: 3m;  Spread: 2m
Large fruit Karamu (Shrub)
Coastal plant with large green leaves with recurved margins. Large orange berries on female plants. This is a form from the northern off shore islands and should not be used for mainland restoration.
