Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.

An enigma since first being described by Cheeseman in his 1906 Manual of the New Zealand Flora. It has not been collected in the wild since then. It grows into a ball-shaped shrub.
