Planting tip
Soak the rootball of your plant in a bucket of water to wet thoroughly prior to planting. For extra goodness, add a bit of liquid fertiliser.
Lastreopsis velutina
Height: 0.5m;  Spread: 0.5m
Velvet Fern (Fern)
A particularly soft foliage with velvet rust coloured hair. Endemic to New Zealand, it grows in deep shade throughout the country.
