Summer planting
Contrary to popular opinion, summer planting is fine as long as adequate water is provided throughout any prolonged dry periods. This allows you to take advantage of increased summer growth.
Pennantia baylisiana Martha
Height: 6m;  Spread: 3m
Tree
Cutting grown plants from the original crop of seedlings produced in 1985. Nicknamed 'Martha or Arthur" before it first flowered, the female flowers proved it to be a Martha. But with sufficient pollen to self-fertilise it has produced lots of seed.
